The Role
*Teaching English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4
*Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons
*Monitoring, assessing and supporting student progress
*Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Contributing to departmental initiatives and the wider school community
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
*Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the English curriculum
*Excellent classroom management and communication skills
*A commitment to raising standards and improving outcomes for all students
