Hours: Monday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
Tuesday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm


Source4 Personnel Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client for an enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Warehouse Trainee to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career within the logistics and air freight industry. No previous warehouse experience is required as full training will be provided.


The Role
As a Warehouse Trainee, you will receive hands-on training across all aspects of warehouse operations, learning valuable industry skills while working alongside an experienced team.


Your responsibilities will include:
*Assisting with general warehouse duties.
*Loading and unloading freight safely.
*Completing basic warehouse documentation and updating simple Excel-style spreadsheets.
*Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
*Following all company health and safety procedures.
*Working as part of a busy team to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
*Full Training Provided


Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, including:
*Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
*Health & Safety in the workplace.
*First Aid awareness.
*Fire safety and safe working practices.
*Aircraft PMC & AKE loading procedures.
*Aviation security training.
*X-ray screening training.


What We’re Looking For
*A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Basic computer skills and confidence using spreadsheets or similar systems.
*Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
*Able to work well as part of a team.
*A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
