Full job descriptionAs a Sales Executive in the retail industry, based in Epping, you’ll focus on driving sales and building strong relationships with customers. Your day-to-day will involve engaging with clients, managing accounts and ensuring targets are met to support the business’s growth.

The company operates within the Wholesale electrial equipment and powertool industry and is based in Epping.
Description
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
*Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into sales.
*Manage client accounts to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
*Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
*Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns promptly.
*Prepare and deliver sales reports as required.
*Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
*Support the team with other sales-related tasks as needed.
Profile
A successful Sales Executive should have:
*Experience in sales or account management, ideally in the electrical and mechanical retail & Wholesale industry.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*The ability to work towards and achieve sales targets.
*Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
*An enthusiastic and proactive approach to sales.
Job Offer
*Salary between £40,000 and £50,000, dependent on the level of experience.
*15-20% commission structure
*Office-based role with a 5:30pm finish and 5pm finish on Fridays.
*20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays.
*Permanent position with opportunities to grow within the company.
