Fleet Administrator Opportunity
Our client is a successful and growing business operating within the automotive and fleet management sector. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a highly organised and proactive Fleet Administrator to join their busy operations team based in Cannock
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating multiple tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.
The Role
As a Fleet Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of a diverse vehicle fleet, ensuring all records, documentation and processes are maintained accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
*Maintaining accurate vehicle and fleet records.
*Processing vehicle orders, registrations, disposals and transfers.
*Coordinating vehicle deliveries, collections and movements.
*Monitoring service schedules, MOTs and compliance requirements.
*Liaising with customers, suppliers and third-party service providers.
*Preparing reports and updating internal management systems.
*Supporting invoicing and fleet-related documentation.
*Managing customer queries and providing excellent service throughout.
*Ensuring all fleet administration is completed within agreed timescales.
*Providing general administrative support to the wider operations team.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*Previous administration experience, ideally within fleet, automotive, logistics or transport environments.
*Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
*The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
*A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
*The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
