Full job descriptionHousing Support Worker - Temp to Perm
We are recruiting a Housing Support Worker to support adults, including individuals recently released from probation services, helping them build stability and move towards independent living.
Location: Coventry
Pay Rate: £18 - £19/per hour (Umbrella)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Key Responsibilities*Provide 1:1 housing-related support
*Develop and manage individual support plans
*Complete risk assessments and support medium-risk clients
*Carry out health & safety and property checks
*Support with budgeting and financial management
*Assist with benefits and tenancy sustainment
*Develop clients’ independent living and life skills
About You*Experience in housing support, substance misuse, or employability
*Experience supporting medium-risk clients, including ex-offenders
*Good understanding of safeguarding and risk management
*Ability to manage a caseload and work independently
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
