A high profile, commercial and varied role, helping an established, complex, multi-site national company on its transformative journey to grow to the next level.
Key Responsibilities
*Provide financial and risk oversight for new business cases and investment proposals.
*Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance in growth areas.
*Build and evaluate complex financial models and scenario analyses.
*Present findings and recommendations to Board level.
*Partner closely with Directors and senior management to drive growth initiatives.
*Support strategic decision-making through robust financial insight and challenge.
The company is seeking someone who can demonstrate:
*Graduate level education.
*Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
*Strong business partnering experience within a large, complex organisation.
*Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.
*Experience evaluating investment opportunities and commercial business cases.
*Excellent commercial acumen, inquisitive mind-set, and strategic thinking.
*The ability to influence/advise senior stakeholders and cross-function project teams.
*Strong presentation and communication skills.
