Full job descriptionCustomer Service Advisor – eCommerce Marketplaces 1-year fixed-term contract
Location: Easily commutable from Stoke-on-Trent (ST6), Newcastle-under-Lyme, Crewe (CW2), Sandbach, Alsager, Congleton, Nantwich.

What you’ll do
*Handle customer enquiries across Amazon, eBay, website and online retail channels
*Manage orders, returns, replacements and account updates
*Work closely with 3PL / fulfilment partners to chase deliveries and resolve issues
*Support product listings, website updates and recurring issue fixes
*Collaborate with Marketing on B2C campaigns and customer messaging
*Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and webchat
What you’ll bring
*Strong customer service background
*Experience with Amazon, eBay, marketplaces or eCommerce
*Confident communicator with great listening skills
*Strong IT skills (CRM, MS Office, online systems)
*Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
