Job Description:
Full job descriptionFreightserve recruitment are looking for an experienced Air Export Clerk for a well-established Freight Forwarder based in Colnbrook.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing end-to-end air export shipments.
*Preparing and processing customs export declarations.
*Raising and checking HAWBs and MAWBs.
*Liaising with airlines, cargo handling agents, and overseas partners.
*Communicating directly with customers to provide shipment updates and resolve queries.
*Ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with current regulations.
*Coordinating bookings and monitoring shipments through to final departure.
*Assisting on the courier department, booking in jobs and monitoring status while keeping the customer updated
The Ideal Candidate
*Air export freight forwarding is essential.
*Strong knowledge of export customs procedures.
*Experience preparing HAWBs and MAWBs.
Working hours are Monday - Friday
