Description
The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work and responsibilities including;


*Providing advice on employment law including advisory, dealing with tribunal claims and corporate support
*Working closely with the Partners dealing with complex claims
*Taking responsibility for mentoring junior lawyers
*Working as part if a national employment team
*Getting involved in events and marketing.
*Stay updated on changes in employment legislation
*Working with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery.
Profile
The successful Employment Legal Director should have / be;


*A track record dealing with respondent Employment law
*Likely to have a minimum of 6 years PQE
*An interest to work for a large commercial law firm
*A track record dealing with complex employment law for corporate clients
*Proven ability to manage juniors
*Strong client relationship management skills.


Job Offer
*Salary of £85,000 to £95,000
*Pension contribution of 5%.
