As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients to lead fulfilling lives. You will be part of a compassionate team that focuses on empowering individuals and enhancing their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide support to individuals in daily living activities.
*Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals.
*Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
*Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure comprehensive care.
*Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
Qualifications:
*Care Certificate or Diploma Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
*Relevant certifications in social care or related fields.
*First Aid and CPR certification is advantageous.
Experience Requirements:
*Experience in social care or a related field is preferred.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Compassionate and patient approach towards clients.
*Previous experience in a support worker role or similar environment.
*Experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
