Salary: £45,000-£50,000
Hybrid: 1 day from home
A highly regarded London law firm is looking for an experienced Legal PA / Legal Secretary to join its Private Client team.
You will support a team of around 6-7 fee earners, including two Partners, providing high-quality day-to-day secretarial and PA support.
Key Responsibilities*Diary and inbox management
*Preparing correspondence and legal documents
*Client liaison and telephone management
*File and document management
*Billing and time recording
*Meeting and travel arrangements
*General PA and administrative support
About YouYou will have previous experience as a Legal PA or Legal Secretary, ideally within Private Client. You should be organised, proactive, confident supporting Partners and able to manage competing priorities.
£45,000-£50,000 + 1 day working from home.
