Full job descriptionWe’re working with a busy healthcare practice looking to recruit a Patient Services Clerk to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a varied role combining reception, patient-facing customer service, and general administration. You’ll be one of the first points of contact for patients, providing a welcoming and efficient service while supporting the wider practice team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome patients, manage appointments, and handle enquiries professionally
*Provide general administrative support to clinicians and the wider practice
*Update and maintain accurate patient records and registrations
*Process incoming and outgoing post, emails, and documentation
*Support reception cover and ensure patient areas are maintained
*Assist with clinical administration and patient information as required
*Support the smooth running and security of practice premises

Requirements:
*Previous customer service or administration experience
*Excellent communication and telephone skills
*Strong IT skills with good attention to detail
*Professional, friendly, and patient-focused approach
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure
*Full UK driving licence - travel between multiple practice sites is required
