Full job descriptionSenior Property Litigation Lawyer
Leading regional East Midlands firm looks to secure an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their established department in Nottingham.
Many of the firms departments are recognised in the Legal 500 with verified experts in their field. This would be an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigator to further carve their experience in a progressive and successful firm. There is the opportunity for the individual to take on further responsibility and progress their career.
You’d work on a range of high quality property litigation matters including:
*Breach of leases, covenant disputes and rent arrears
*Possession proceedings and forfeiture
*Residential landlord and tenant disputes
*Commercial lease renewals
*Service of statutory notices
