Full job descriptionWe are currently partnered with a large, fast-growing accountancy who are seeking a Payroll Senior to join their team on a permanent basis out of their Sidcup office.


You will play a pivotal role in delivering high quality payroll services to a portfolio of clients and assisting more junior members of the team where required. Please note this role is hybrid and will require you to be based out of their Sidcup office 3x per week


Responsibilities will include:
*Manage and process own portfolio of clients from start - finish
*Proactively manage client expectations regarding deadlines, scope, and service delivery
*Oversee year end processing & other statutory reporting
*Implement and maintain robust internal quality control procedures for all payroll processes where required
*Act as a primary point of contact for queries
*Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members
*Contribute to the continuous development and optimisation of payroll systems and workflows


Experience processing clients payroll within an accountancy/practice environment is essential.
