We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a busy and friendly team based in Epsom.
This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking to customers and providing a helpful, professional service.
The Role
*Handling customer enquiries by telephone and email
*Providing information and resolving customer queries
*Updating customer records and systems accurately
*Dealing with a variety of enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
*Working as part of a busy and supportive customer service team
About You
*Previous customer service experience is desirable
*Excellent communication skills
*Confident speaking with customers
*Good IT and administration skills
*Able to work calmly in a busy environment
*Reliable, organised and approachable
