We are currently recruiting for an experienced and dedicated Lecturer to join a college in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to deliver high-quality teaching and learning, support student achievement, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging lessons to students.
*Assess, monitor, and record learner progress.
*Provide support and guidance to help students achieve their goals.
*Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation.
*Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.
Requirements
*Relevant degree or professional qualification.
*Previous lecturing or teaching experience within a college or educational setting.
*Strong communication and classroom management skills.
*Ability to engage and motivate learners.
*Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people and vulnerable adults.
*Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) desirable.
