What will you do?
*Often co-counsel with London firms on exciting & complex matters
*Give a full range of good quality respondent employment advice to employers to include:
*A mixture of contentious & non contentious work
*Employment Tribunal Work, Equality & Discrimination
*Unfair/Wrongful Dismissal
*Disciplinary & Grievance
*TUPE, Maternity & Paternity and Redundancy
*Settlement Agreements
*Give employment law training to managers and HR teams to ensure that they have a good working knowledge of their employment law obligations and can apply this knowledge in the workplace


What will you need?
*At least 3 years’ experience as an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
*Employment experience
*Ideally your experience should be from a respondent background, but this is not essential
