Join a Leading Foam Manufacturing CompanyWe are a leading manufacturer of high-quality foam products and are looking for a reliable and motivated Machine Operative to join our growing production team in Middleton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is mechanically minded, and thrives in a busy manufacturing environment.

Working Hours*Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30
*Friday: 08:00 - 15:30
Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Operation*Operate large-scale manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
*Monitor machine performance and report any issues promptly.
*Ensure products meet quality and production standards.
Manual Handling*Lift, move and handle paper rolls and foam blocks weighing up to 25kg.
*Support production processes through safe and effective material handling.
Housekeeping*Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
*Follow all company health and safety procedures.
Computer Use*Use basic computer systems to manage workflows and production information.
*Accurately record production data and complete required documentation.
What We’re Looking For*Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is advantageous.
*Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
*Physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties.
*Confident using computers in a workplace setting.
*Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Reliable, punctual and safety conscious.
Desirable Skills*FLT Counterbalance Licence preferred but not essential.
*Training may be provided for the right candidate.
