We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded Corporate Development Analyst to join a growing professional services business and work directly with senior leadership on its UK M&A strategy.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, M&A, Deals or a strong analytical finance role who wants genuine exposure to the full deal lifecycle.
The opportunityYou’ll sit within the Growth team and play a key role in identifying acquisition opportunities, researching targets and building a high-quality M&A pipeline.
You’ll then support live transactions through financial analysis, valuation, due diligence and execution, working alongside Partners and external advisers. Post-deal, you’ll also help track integration, synergies and performance.
You’ll get exposure to:

*Valuation and benchmarking
*Due diligence and transaction execution
*Investment papers and board materials
*Partner and senior stakeholder engagement

Who we’re looking forYou’ll ideally have 0-2 years experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, M&A, Investment Banking, Big 4
You’ll need strong Excel and financial analysis skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball.
Just as importantly, you’ll be commercially curious, confident communicating with senior stakeholders and genuinely interested in M&A and the professional services sector.
Experience within accountancy or professional services, project management or transaction execution would be a major plus.
