Working for a dynamic trade body within the construction industry. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a forward thinking organisation in an influential and pivotal role.
We are looking for somebody who can join within the next 2-3 weeks and handover with the outgoing post holder. You will work alongside the CEO and hold an influential role The post-holder will be employed on a temp to perm basis.
The role is multi-faceted encompassing strategic support to the CEO, public affairs, corporate governance, international relations, stakeholder management and communications.
About you!
* Significant experience in corporate affairs, public affairs, government relations or executive support at senior level.
* Strong understanding of parliamentary processes and stakeholder engagement.
* Experience of developing relationships with senior external stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Experience of committee governance and administration.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against demanding deadlines.
* High degree of professionalism, discretion and political awareness.
* Experience of managing staff and external suppliers.
The starting salary on offer is circa £50K
