The Role – Wellbeing Support Worker – 20HPW or Bank
Our client is recruiting experienced Carers to join their Wellbeing Support Team. This role provides flexible, zero-hours work to support:
*Annual leave cover

This position will be reviewed regularly and may lead to a permanent or full-time role as our client base grows.
You will support individuals in their own homes, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and emotional wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
*Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support
*Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support
*Promote emotional wellbeing, companionship, and independence
*Support medication in line with training and care plans
*Follow individualised care plans, risk assessments, and guidance
*Maintain accurate records and communicate concerns appropriately
*Uphold safeguarding, dignity, and confidentiality at all times
Essential Requirements:
*Previous experience in care is essential
*Home care / domiciliary experience preferred
*A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
*Reliability, professionalism, and strong communication skills
*Ability to work independently in the community
*Right to work in the UK

DBS Requirements
Transferable Enhanced DBS preferred. If a transferable DBS is not held, the applicant will be required to fund the cost of a new Enhanced DBS, which will be processed by our client. The DBS fee will be refunded upon successful completion of the probationary period.
