Senior Lettings Negotiator

The Role
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will manage the full lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in, ensuring a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.
Key responsibilities include:
*Registering and qualifying applicants
*Arranging and conducting property viewings
*Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
*Building and maintaining strong client relationships
*Generating new business opportunities
*Matching applicants to suitable properties
*Managing communication throughout the lettings process
*Maintaining accurate CRM records
*Working towards individual and team targets
*Delivering an excellent customer experience
Requirements
To be successful in this Senior Lettings Negotiator role, you will have:
*Previous experience as a Senior Lettings Negotiator or within residential lettings
*Strong communication and negotiation skills
*A confident and professional approach
*A strong desire to succeed in a target-driven environment
*Excellent organisation and attention to detail
*Must drive
