Spinnaker is looking for an established Senior Legal Recruitment Consultant to join and help further develop our successful Legal recruitment practice.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with someone with 10+ years’ legal recruitment experience, a strong network and a proven track record of developing their own client relationships.
You might currently be recruiting within Energy, Commodities, Oil & Gas, Shipping, International Trade or a related legal market. Maritime experience would be useful, but it isn’t essential — we can teach you the shipping side.
What we’re looking for*10+ years’ Legal recruitment experience
*A strong and established client and candidate network
*A proven track record in business development and sustained billing
*Experience operating at the senior end of the market and confidence working with Partners and senior legal decision-makers
*A consultative, relationship-led approach to recruitment
*Someone comfortable originating their own work and developing long-term accounts
*Ideally someone based in Essex, East London or the surrounding area who may be looking for an alternative to the daily commute into central London
