Spinnaker is looking for an Insurance Recruitment Consultant to join and help grow our expanding Insurance recruitment practice.
We’re particularly interested in speaking with recruiters with around 2–5 years’ experience within Insurance. You don’t need to have recruited within marine insurance before — we’ll teach you the maritime side.
What we’re looking for*Around 2–5 years’ recruitment experience within Insurance
*A 360 recruitment background with a strong business development approach
*Experience developing client relationships and generating your own vacancies
*Strong candidate sourcing and relationship-building skills
*A proactive, commercially minded approach
*Someone who wants to develop genuine expertise within a specialist market
*Ideally someone based in Essex, East London or the surrounding area

You’ll recruit internationally across the marine insurance market, working with insurers, brokers, P&I clubs, shipowners and other maritime organisations.
Typical areas include underwriting, broking, claims, P&I, loss prevention, risk and insurance management.
You’ll have the opportunity to take your existing insurance recruitment knowledge and apply it to a highly specialist, international market while we give you the training and support to learn shipping.
