*Do you have previous contact experience, ideally working within Ecommerce?
*Have you worked with customers to process orders, handle queries and resolve complaints via phone, email and webchat?
*Do you enjoy working in a small busy team environment where customer service is a priority over KPIs?
This is a great opportunity to work for a leading online retailer and provide friendly, informative first point of contact support to customers. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential along with a confident phone manner, good technical knowledge as multiple systems are used, the ability to multitask and work under pressure whilst maintaining standards.
Hours - 4 week days 9am - 5pm and Saturday 8am -3.30pm
