Northampton
Hours: Monday – Friday 12pm – 9pm or 1pm - 10pm (not rotating)

ENB are looking for an experienced Team Manager to join a growing administration operation in Northampton. This is more than just a supervisory role but an opportunity to help shape processes, develop people and ensure the all SLA’s are achieved on time with minimal errors.

Day to day:
*Lead and motivate a team of administrators in a busy operational environment.
*Support the Department Manager and manage the department in their absence.
*Allocate workloads to ensure all relevant documentation is completed accurately and within service deadlines.
*Monitor team performance through KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
*Coach, mentor, and support team development.
*Ensure full compliance with internal and external procedures.
*Work closely with other branches, internal departments, and international colleagues to resolve queries.
*Identify opportunities to improve efficiency while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
*Promote a positive, collaborative, and safety focused culture.
What experience do you need?
*A leadership style that is approachable, calm and focuses on people development
*Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.
*Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*High attention to detail and a passion for compliance.
*A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
