Our client, a successful and long established business based in Grays, is seeking a Telesales Administrator to join their friendly team on a temporary basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the management team, helping to reconnect with existing business contacts and supporting business development activities in a professional and consultative way.
What You Will Be Doing:
Contacting existing and lapsed business accounts to reintroduce the company’s services
Building rapport with key decision makers and maintaining positive relationships
Updating customer records and ensuring CRM systems are kept up to date
Sending follow up emails and information packs
Identifying potential opportunities and passing leads to the management team
Supporting with general administration and telesales-related activities
Maintaining accurate call notes and tracking outcomes
What We Are Looking For:
Confident and professional telephone manner
Previous telesales, customer service, sales support or business development experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Good attention to detail and administration skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload
Positive, enthusiastic and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems


The Details:
Grays
Tuesday to Thursday
8:30am - 3:30pm (30-minute lunch break)
Temporary assignment starting September
Office-based position
