Job Description:
Full job descriptionDynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join an SME business based in Andover on a permanent basis. This is a varied part-time opportunity within a small and supportive finance team, with payroll as the primary focus alongside some wider administrative responsibilities.
Benefits:
*Salary up to £33,500 FTE, depending on experience and skills
*Part-time hours – Monday to Friday, flexible working hours can be discussed (27.5hr per week)
*20 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing to 25 days over time

The Payroll Administrator Role:
*Take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of payroll
*Review and reconcile timesheets, overtime, commission and other payroll information
*Maintain accurate employee payroll records and deal with payroll-related queries professionally
*Ensure all relevant payroll information is prepared and processed within required deadlines
*Investigate discrepancies and ensure any payroll queries are resolved promptly
*Provide support with wider finance and administrative duties when required
*Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
The Ideal Payroll Administrator Candidate:
*Previous experience working within a similar position
*Good understanding of payroll processes and associated administration
*Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy
*Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities and working to deadlines
*A flexible and proactive approach, with a willingness to support the wider team
