The JobAs a Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of customers as their dedicated point of contact
*Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
*Analyse and manipulate large volumes of data using Excel
*Help customers comply with environmental legislation
*Explain complex data and processes in a clear, straightforward way
*Plan workloads carefully and meet multiple deadlines accurately
The PersonWe are looking for someone who has:
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities
*Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills
*A solution-focused and collaborative approach
*Excellent planning and organisational skills
*A degree or equivalent qualification and a full UK driving licence
