Full job descriptionAward Winning Residential Agency - Associate - OTE - Basic £30,000 £60,000-£100,000 - OTE - Prime London - Sales + Lettings

My client has an incredibly strong presence Internationally, Dubai, Middle east, Asia, over the last few years they’ve been growing their UK presence
Key Responsibilities
*Lead day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring it consistently reflects the brand’s premium positioning
*Registering and qualifying new buyers and sellers
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to vendors
*Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers
*Managing a strong pipeline of sales from enquiry through to completion
*Building strong relationships with clients and applicants
*Maintaining accurate records and updating the CRM systems
*Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and project deadlines.
Key Skills & Experience
*3 years minimum sales or lettings experience within a high performing estate agency, strong billings in place to run through.
