Behaviour Support WorkerNewcastle and Gateshead | £17-£20 per HourWe are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Behaviour Support Worker to support young people with behavioural, emotional and additional learning needs.
This role focuses on promoting positive behaviours, emotional wellbeing and long-term positive outcomes.
Main Duties*Supporting positive behaviour strategies.
*Encouraging engagement in education and activities.
*Helping young people develop emotional resilience.
*Supporting social skill development.
*Reducing barriers to participation and independence.
*Monitoring and recording progress.
*Encouraging positive decision-making.

*Pupil referral units (PRUs)
*Residential childcare
