Food and drink are an important part of the visitor experience, with multiple catering outlets serving guests throughout the year.
They are now looking for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead the team and continue driving standards across the department.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced Food & Beverage operation.
Reporting directly to senior management, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional visitor experiences and outstanding food safety standards.
This is a hands-on management role where you’ll lead by example, support your team during busy service periods and work collaboratively with other departments to deliver a seamless visitor experience.
Key Responsibilities*Lead the daily operation across multiple Food & Beverage outlets.
*Inspire, coach and develop a large team to deliver consistently high standards.
*Ensure excellent customer service is at the heart of every visitor interaction.
*Manage staffing levels, rotas and labour costs effectively.
*Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.
*Monitor stock control, ordering and wastage to maximise profitability.
*Drive continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, visitor satisfaction and commercial performance.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys leading from the front and thrives in a busy hospitality environment.
You’ll have
*At least two years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar senior hospitality management role.
*Experience managing multiple outlets or high-volume hospitality operations.
*A proven ability to lead, motivate and develop teams.
*Strong organisational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
*The ability to remain calm, positive and solution-focused under pressure.
*A proactive approach with confidence to make decisions and drive improvements.
*Level 3 Food Safety (or equivalent) is desirable.
