Full job description
You will be responsible for coordinating international shipments across Road, Air and Sea, ensuring documentation, customs requirements and customer service are handled efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
*Coordinate import and export shipments across Road, Air & Sea
*Prepare shipping documentation including CMRs, Bills of Lading, Air Waybills, commercial invoices and packing lists
*Handle customs clearance and ensure compliance with relevant requirements
*Work with Incoterms and international shipping procedures
*Liaise with transport companies, suppliers and customers
*Track shipments and provide customers with regular updates
*Resolve delays and shipment issues
*Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
*Monitor shipment costs and profitability
About You*Previous experience in Import/Export or Freight Forwarding
*Road Freight experience preferred
*Good understanding of customs procedures and shipping documentation
*Knowledge of Incoterms
*Strong communication and organisational skills
*Able to manage multiple shipments and work to deadlines
*Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and logistics systems
