We are seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to support both children and adults’ emotional and physical well-being in their homes and community settings. Candidates should have a strong commitment to high-quality care and understand safeguarding protocols.
Responsibilities:
*Provide care in home and community settings for both children and adults.
*Follow individual care plans, ensuring safety and nurturing environments.
*Monitor and report changes in conditions of service users.
*Adhere to safeguarding protocols and maintain professional conduct.
Requirements:
*6+ months of care-related experience.
*Strong awareness of safeguarding.
*Excellent communication skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Up-to-date DBS Certificate.
*Right to work in the UK.
