Full job descriptionWe are currently recruiting for Manufacturing Technicians to join our client’s team in Milton Keynes.
This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.
Shift pattern:
Rotating 3-shift system:
*7am–3pm
*3pm–11pm
*11pm–7am
Fixed shifts may also be available.
Once permanent, there are excellent benefits available.
The role
You’ll be working in a busy factory/manufacturing environment where chemicals are used as part of a number of processes. The role involves working with a variety of machinery and equipment, so a strong focus on safety, accuracy and following processes is essential.
Your duties will include:
*Operating and overseeing a variety of machinery
*Weighing and mixing chemicals
*Welding and using saws
*Following detailed instructions and set processes
*Reading and interpreting information from control panels
*Handling products safely using the correct tools and PPE
*Using a range of measuring equipment
*Working in line with strict health and safety procedures
About you
Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a manufacturing or similar environment, although full training will be provided.

*A strong awareness of health and safety
*Good practical skills and dexterity
*The ability to follow processes and instructions accurately
*A willingness to learn and develop
*A genuine interest in building a long-term career with the company
