Location: Chittering, Cambs
Salary: £30-£34k
Hours: 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Friday (onsite)
One of our amazing clients is hiring an Account Manager due to growth of their business this year already by 25%. This role is to support the team from a client perspective
Key Responsibilities
* Process customer orders accurately and efficiently from receipt to completion.
* Respond to customer enquiries and requests via telephone and email.
* Coordinate flavour sample requests and dispatches.
* Liaise with production, warehouse, and technical teams to meet customer requirements.
* Use internal systems to process orders and maintain accurate customer records.
* Keep customers informed of order progress and resolve queries professionally.
* Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
* Support the wider office team with general administration.
Skills, Experience & personal
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, with the ability to learn internal business systems.
* Proactive, customer-focused, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Organised with strong attention to detail.
* Adaptable and able to respond to changing priorities.
* A supportive team player with a positive attitude.
* Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn and develop.
