Job Description:
Full job descriptionPremier Work Support are looking for a Customer Service Assistant for their prestigious client in the Rainham area.
This role is a temporary position, however, for the right candidate could result in a permanent position.
As a customer service assistant you will be required to deal with customers queries and any complaints, build customer relationships and problem solving delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
Hours of work are: Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm or 9.00am to 5.00pm depending on the business needs.
You will require:-
*Experience in Customer service within an office environment.
*Good organisation skills.
*Good IT skills.
*Experience in building client relationships.
