We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Primary Nurse to join our team.
At Southleigh Community Hospital is a Level 2 rehabilitation hospital supporting men and women with enduring mental health needs, including those stepping down from secure services, acute hospitals or prison settings.
Our rehabilitation programme helps people regain confidence, develop practical life skills and prepare for greater independence through personalised care, multidisciplinary support and community engagement.
What You’ll be Doing
*Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents during day & night shifts
*Administer medications and treatments
*Monitor and assess residents’ health and well-being
*Develop and implement individualized care plans
*Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care.
*Maintain accurate care and documentation
*Support residents in achieving their personal health goals
What You’ll Need
*NMC Registered Nurse Pin
*Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong knowledge in CQC regulations.
*Commitment to providing high-quality care
