We are seeking a Finance Officer – Income, who will play a vital role in supporting the organisation that sets and upholds standards for the veterinary profession across the UK.

In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be at the heart of our finance operations, managing income processing, bank reconciliations, direct debits, CRM data, and financial transactions . You’ll work closely with a collaborative finance team while helping support exciting system improvements and the implementation of a new CRM platform.

What you’ll be doing

Processing and reconciling income across multiple systems
Managing direct debit collections and member payments
Maintaining accurate financial and CRM records
Handling finance queries and supporting stakeholders
Assisting with month-end activities and annual audits
Supporting ongoing finance and system improvement projects

What we’re looking for

You’ll have experience in a finance, sales ledger or purchase ledger environment, strong reconciliation skills, confidence using Excel and financial systems, and exceptional attention to detail. Experience with CRM databases and Sage 200 Professional would be highly advantageous.
