Temporary Contract | 2-3 Months
Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail? We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales & Administration Coordinator to join a friendly team based at Head Office in Chessington, Surrey on a temporary basis for 2-3 months.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and can quickly become a key member of a collaborative team, supporting both sales operations and administrative functions while helping to ensure excellent customer service and smooth day-to-day business operations.
The Role
Sales Support Responsibilities
*Manage the order process for dropship customers through online portals and back-office systems.
*Communicate with customers and end consumers to resolve delivery issues quickly and efficiently.
*Update customer portals with stock reports and relevant information.
*Work closely with the wider sales team, providing support and cover where required.
*Process faulty goods and shortage credits accurately.
*Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Administration Responsibilities
*Liaise with internal departments, external suppliers, warehouse teams and transport carriers to ensure deliveries are completed on time and to the highest standard.
*Work with the Accounts Department, Credit Control team, Sales Managers and customers to ensure payments are up to date and orders can be processed without delay.
*Manage a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks and responsibilities as they arise.
*Support the smooth running of business operations through effective coordination and communication.

*Excellent IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
*Good numerical ability and accuracy when handling information.
