This is a brand new opportunity at a Legal 100 firm to join a highly ranked planning & environment team at Associate or Senior Associate level

This team advise on excellent quality work relating to infrastructure and regeneration schemes, major residential and commercial developments, and a broad range of high-value planning work for both public and private sector clients

What will you do?
*Negotiate and draft planning and infrastructure agreements (Section 106, Section 278)
*Advise clients on planning applications, planning strategy and development risk
*Provide support on national infrastructure projects and development consent orders
*Work closely with the real estate team on development projects
What will you need?
*Experience in planning law is essential
*Ideally at least 2 years PQE, but flexibility on this
