IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Production Operative to join a well-established site based at The Docks in Sharpness, near Berkeley.
This role would suit someone with previous experience in groundwork, production, manufacturing, warehouse work, or another physically demanding, hands-on environment.
What We Offer*Starting rate of £13.00 per hour.
*Monday to Friday working hours, 7am-4pm.
*40 hours per week.
*Full training and ongoing support.

Key Duties*Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
*Carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling duties.
*Loading machinery with packaging materials.
*Palletising finished goods.
*Maintaining general housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements*Previous experience in groundwork or a similar physical role is advantageous.
*Ability to work well under pressure.
*Willingness to carry out hands-on, manual tasks.
*Strong teamwork and communication skills.
*Reliable, safety-conscious and hardworking approach.
*Own transport due to the location.
