BIM ManagerLondon | Office Based | £42,000 - £50,000
I’m working with a key client based in London who is looking to hire a BIM Manager to support the delivery of BIM projects across a growing portfolio of work.
Requirements*Strong Revit experience
*Experience working with point cloud data
*Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
*Experience with Common Data Environments (ACC/CDE)
*Ability to develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
*Experience using Navisworks and AutoCAD
*Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
*Previous experience as a BIM Manager, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar
Responsibilities*Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows
*Support project teams with BIM best practice
*Ensure BIM deliverables meet project and quality requirements
*Coordinate digital project delivery across multiple schemes
*Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
*Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes
