Our client is a fast-growing, family-run business operating across e-commerce and physical retail. This isn’t your typical corporate environment - there are no ivory towers here. When things get busy, everyone rolls up their sleeves and gets stuck in, from the top down. It’s this collaborative, all-hands-on-deck culture that’s helped them grow, and they’re now looking for someone special to join them on the next phase of that journey.
This is a genuine right-hand role to the Director. The successful candidate will be exposed to absolutely everything - product development, competitor analysis, digital marketing, trade shows, photoshoots, stock management, sourcing, supplier relationships, and more. No two days will be the same.
This isn’t a narrow, process-driven position. If you thrive on variety, love getting stuck into different challenges, and want to truly understand how a business works from the inside out, this could be perfect for you.

Essential:
*Graduate-level education with some business experience under your belt
*Adaptability - you need to switch gears quickly and handle whatever comes your way
*Intuitive problem-solver who picks things up fast
*Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced situations
*Entrepreneurial mindset - you see opportunities, not just tasks
