We are seeking a polished, confident Fragrance Consultant to represent the brand within Bluewater, delivering an elevated and memorable experience for every customer.
The Role
*Inspire customers through expert fragrance knowledge and storytelling
*Deliver a warm, personalised service aligned with luxury brand standards
*Drive sales through exceptional product knowledge and genuine client engagement
*Maintain immaculate counter presentation and uphold brand visual guidelines
*Support with stock management, replenishment and daily operational tasks
*Build lasting client relationships and contribute to a positive team environment
About You
*Passionate about luxury beauty and fragrance
*Naturally confident, engaging and customer-focused
*Professional, well-presented and able to embody a premium brand
*Strong communication skills with the ability to create meaningful connections
*Retail experience within beauty, fragrance or luxury fashion is highly desirable
*Available every Sunday and flexible for occasional additional shifts
