Ready to take your IFA administration experience to the next level?
Recruit UK is working with a well-respected Wealth Management firm in Hertfordshire, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFA Administrator to join their growing team.
As an IFA Administrator you will manage all aspects of financial services administration, including processing Letters of Authority (LOA), preparing client documentation, and liaising with providers and clients.

Responsibilities include:
*Process new business, client onboarding and ongoing administration.
*Liaise with product providers regarding investments, pensions and protection policies.
*Handle client enquiries professionally and provide excellent customer service.
*Prepare Annual Review and Fund Switch reports.
*Assist with new investment and pension cases, including regular contributions and lump sum investments.


Skills and experience required:
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
