Location: Derbyshire (on site)
Salary: up to £35,000
Temporary/Interim to Permanent option available.
A growing, international organisation is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across the UK and global markets. This is a newly created role, offering real autonomy to shape how talent is attracted, assessed and hired, while partnering closely with hiring managers and a collaborative HR team.
What you’ll be doing:*Managing recruitment from vacancy briefing through to offer and onboarding
*Creating engaging job adverts and selecting effective attraction channels
*Proactively sourcing talent via LinkedIn, job boards, direct approaches, social media and specialist/international platforms
*Screening, interviewing and shortlisting, using recruitment tech and AI tools where appropriate
*Coordinating interviews, advising managers and ensuring consistent selection decisions
*Managing offers, negotiations and pre-employment checks
*Building talent pipelines and using recruitment data to improve processes and performance
What we’re looking for:*Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (in-house preferred)
*Strong headhunting/sourcing capability and stakeholder management skills
*Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
*Interest and confidence in recruitment technology/AI
*Organised, commercially aware and genuinely passionate about recruitment as a specialism
Working pattern: on-site, with some flexibility (including occasional later interviews to support international hiring).
