I’m helping an award-winning UK contact centre and customer communications provider with their latest hires, trusted by clients across medical, professional services and commercial sectors. Their Key Accounts team is growing - and growing fast - which means they need two new Key Account Coordinators to join them.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing
No two days are the same. One minute you’re reviewing a call and working out how to put things right for a client, the next you’re pulling together a report, chasing an update from another department, or helping a new client settle in. You’ll own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of accounts - and as you grow into the role, that portfolio becomes properly yours.
Who We’re Looking For
*Someone with real customer service experience and a warm, confident telephone manner
*Comfortable with IT and data - able to pull together a clear report a client can actually use
*Not afraid to pick up the phone and have a tricky conversation, then find the solution
*Naturally organised, with an eye for spotting when something’s about to go wrong before it does


The Practical Bits
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm - no weekends required
Based in Ferndown initially, relocating to Bournemouth within a few months
Permanent, full-time, £30,000 per annum
Opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
