We’re looking for someone with BMS or HVAC experience to join a young, friendly and collaborative team. This is a varied role combining technical estimating, quotations, customer requirements and site visits, giving you the opportunity to understand projects properly rather than simply working from a desk.
The Role
*Manage your own workload from enquiry through to quotation
*Prepare accurate technical quotations and job documentation
*Review specifications and customer requirements
*Liaise with customers and support the sales team
*Carry out site visits to assess projects
*Work closely with engineers and internal teams
*Use your technical knowledge to develop practical solutions
About You
*Experience within BMS, HVAC or a related building services environment
*Technically minded with strong attention to detail
*Experience with quotations, estimating or technical sales
*Confident communicating with customers and colleagues
*Able to work independently and take ownership
This is not a corporate, KPI-driven environment. You’ll be trusted to do your job, supported by an experienced team and given the opportunity to develop as the company grows.
