People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our availability pool for a variety of well-established clients based in Livingston and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity offering weekly pay, flexible shift patterns, immediate starts on upcoming vacancies, ongoing and temp-to-perm opportunities, and the chance to work with some of the UK’s leading warehouse and distribution employers.
This role would suit candidates with experience as a Warehouse Operative, Warehouse Assistant, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Parcel Sorter, Goods In Operative, Goods Out Operative, Distribution Operative, Logistics Operative, or General Operative.
Shifts
• A variety of shift patterns available, including: Monday to Friday | Days | Afternoons | Nights | Weekend shifts
• Shift times will vary depending on the client and assignment

Day-to-Day Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include:
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Sorting, scanning, and processing goods
• Stock replenishment and stock control
• Preparing orders for dispatch
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
Essential Skills
As a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
• A reliable and punctual attitude
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• To be physically fit and comfortable undertaking manual handling duties
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Desirable Experience
• Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Production Operative, Logistics Operative, Distribution Operative, or General Operative would be advantageous; however, this is not essential as some assignments offer full training.
Training Provided
• Full training may be provided depending on the assignment
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
